AI training · from the ground up

Learn to use AI. Get your time back.

Practical, ground-up training for people who have never really used AI — or tried once and gave up. No jargon, no code. You bring the things that fill your days, at home, at work, in your studies, and leave knowing how AI can assist you in your everyday life.

your week, after

monday

Sorted

Replies drafted in your words. You read, tweak, send.

the stuff you dread

Started

A form, a study plan, a trip, a difficult letter: a first draft in minutes, then your judgement.

saturday

Yours

Nothing waiting on you. That was the point.

01what you'll gain

Not a new skill for its own sake. Four things you get back.

  • Empower yourself

You stop waiting for someone who “gets tech”. You ask in plain words, it drafts, you decide. The confidence shows up in the first hour and doesn’t leave.

  • Gain freedom

The routine stops needing you at the desk. Step away for the afternoon and the replies, the summaries and the reminders keep moving — whether that’s a household, a course or a business.

  • Work more efficiently

The same work in far fewer sittings. A brief becomes a draft. A pile of notes becomes a plan. A dreaded letter becomes a sentence you approve.

  • Time for what you love

The evenings and the Saturdays go back where they belong. That is the whole point of the other three.

02how it works

Three steps from “I should learn this” to it running in your week.

  1. 01

    we start with the basics

What AI actually is, and isn’t

No jargon. What these tools can do, what they get wrong, what never to paste into one, and how to ask so the first answer is close. One afternoon, and it stops being mysterious.

    • what it is
    • how to ask
    • how to check
    • staying safe
  2. 02

you practise on your own life

You do real things from your week, with AI beside you

Yours, not ours: the email you’ve been avoiding, the study notes, the trip, the invoice. One-on-one or in a small group, with everyday tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

  3. 03

you leave with it in your hands

The habit is built before we finish

Your own saved prompts for the things you do every week, a sense of when to trust it and when to check, and enough confidence to try the next tool, agents included, without anyone holding your hand.

03for every part of life

Learning AI isn't just about making your business better. It's about your personal life, too.

The first tool in a long time that speaks your language.

  • Better workflows, more efficiency

The things you do every week, done in fewer steps and fewer sittings — at home, at work, in your studies.

  • Less stress over manual tasks

The form, the letter, the spreadsheet, the plan you keep putting off: a draft to react to instead of a blank page.

  • More free time

The hours you used to spend on the repetitive parts, back for whatever you’d rather be doing.

We teach you the building blocks of AI, helping you make best use of AI and agent tools in a safe manner.

04how low the bar is

If you can type a message to a friend, you already have the only skill this needs.

you don't need

  • To code, or to know what an API is
  • New software. You already have everything
  • A free week. A handful of short sessions is enough
  • A “tech brain”. You need your own judgement, which you have
  • To have used AI before, or anyone’s permission

you do need

  • A phone or a laptop
  • The tools you already use: WhatsApp, email, your documents
  • Two or three things you’d like off your plate, from any part of your life
  • One afternoon to start

05the human part

AI is a tool that takes care of everyday tasks, at work and in your personal life, so what only you can do gets your whole attention.

01

Time back, not another screen.

That is the promise of every session, and the test we hold each tool to: does this give you back time, or does it just give you another screen to check? We keep what passes.

02

What stays yours.

You keep the judgement, the relationships, the taste: the things only you can bring, at work and everywhere else. You get the afternoon back to spend on them. Or on nothing at all, which is also the point.

06before you ask

We had a feeling you'd ask.

The questions everyone has before the first session, answered the way we would answer them on the call.

  • No, and you don’t need to have used AI before. This is built for the first time. If you tried once and it felt like a gimmick, that is usually because nobody showed you how to ask. We never touch code; everything happens in plain language.

07start here

Start with one conversation.

Book a call and tell us what fills your days — the tasks you'd hand off tomorrow if you could, at home or at work. We'll say honestly what AI can take and what it can't, and whether one-on-one sessions or the short course fits you better. No pitch. Not ready to talk yet? Send us a message instead.

And when you're ready to hand whole tasks off entirely, that's what our agents are for.
